More than a year after winning the fifth season of Asia’s Next Top Model (ASNTM), Maureen Wroblewitz is now living the life girls her age dream of.
Aside from different modeling stints here and abroad, the 20-year-old has also been named as the newest brand ambassador of Palmolive Expertique.
“I’m trying to keep everything together. With everything that’s going around, I still want to be humble and grounded and I still spend a lot of time with my family. So it is still busy but I’m still the same person,” tells Maureen to MB Entertainment.
With the season 6 premiere of Asia’s Next Top Model, Maureen hints of her participation in the reality show. And she’s as excited as the rest of the viewers when it was revealed that two Filipinas made it to the show, namely Jachin Manere and Adela Mae Marshall.
Does Maureen think these girls have a chance of winning the competition? “Yes. They’re definitely strong models and they’ve modeled before. Adela, I know her. She started modeling when she was 18, like me. I feel like she and Jach are strong models.”
As the first Filipina representative to bag the ASNTM title, Maureen shares this piece of advice to Jachin and Adela: “There will be girls hating you. There could be a lot of challenges that could really get to you and your emotions. You won’t be able to see your family so you just have to be prepared and just focus on yourself. And if you really believe that you can do it and you are strong enough, then do it.”
